Meet the Owner
With 34 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris Thompson brings a rare depth of knowledge to every project Mountview Construction undertakes. A Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter, Chris has mastered the trade from the ground up, specializing in the structural grit of foundations and framing as well as the fine-finish artistry of cabinets and millwork.
Beyond his hands-on skills, Chris has spent the last 15 years in leadership roles, serving as a General Manager, Construction Manager, and Site Superintendent. This blend of master craftsmanship and high-level management means Chris understands a build from every angle. He is driven by a commitment to high standards and possesses a unique ability to source materials efficiently—ensuring clients receive the best possible value without ever compromising on quality.
